If you think you are overweight,
follow these tips. Ask the nurse to weigh you. She will tell you if you really
overweight for your age and height. She will also give you advice. Then, if you
are overweight or obsese, avoid junk food and sugary drinks. Also, turn off the
television set, video games, and computer. They will make you inactive.
Finally, get active for twenty minutes each day.
